Since 2021, the team has transitioned from Formula 4 to the latest USF cars, reflecting a strategic shift towards more advanced racing technology.

This summer, Pole Position Motorsports has further advanced its program by acquiring a third US car, marking a significant milestone in the team’s growth.The upcoming season will see Pole Position Motorsports tackling some of the most iconic tracks in the United States, starting with the renowned Road America in September. The team will also compete at other legendary venues such as Barber Motorsports Park, Sebring International Raceway, and the Miami Homestead Speedway, their local track.

In 2025, Pole Position Motorsports will compete in the prestigious USF Junior Championship, marking an exciting chapter in the team’s evolution.

Yannick Rolland – Team Manager

Originally from France, Yannick is an engineer by training with an unwavering passion for motorsports. Following in the footsteps of his father, a race car driver, he began his career in Europe, competing in both karting and car racing.
 
After spending more than ten years in Los Angeles, where he discovered and immersed himself in the top American competitions, his journey brought him to Miami, Florida. It was there that he decided to create his own car and karting team, Pole Position Motorsports.
 
His ambition? To train young and talented drivers by teaching them the fundamentals of karting and developing them individually with the experience and expertise needed to take their first steps in car racing. 
 
Leveraging his extensive and varied experience, acquired in both Europe and the United States, Yannick provides his team and drivers with the necessary expertise to grow and excel in the world of motorsports.

Juan Arenas – Lead Coach

Originally from Colombia, Juan speaks English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Italian.
 
Juan Arenas boasts 18 years of active racing experience, having started his karting journey at the age of 12. He has competed in both single-seaters and GT cars, earning multiple scholarships throughout his career. Juan participated in prestigious programs such as La Filière FFSA Formula Renault 2.0, the Red Bull Driver Search in Miami, Formula BMW, and the VW TDI Driver Search. His racing career has taken him abroad, competing in Asia and Europe. 
 
With over 15 years of coaching experience, Juan has worked with renowned institutions like the Lucas Oil School of Racing, Yacademy, Skip Barber as a private coach, and as a coach for the IndyLights Road to Indy program. He excels in lead-follow and right seat coaching, and he has a deep understanding of telemetry analysis.

AYRTON OFFENEY – CAR LEAD MECHANIC

Originally from Argentina, Ayrton has had a passion for automobiles from a very young age, and he possesses extensive knowledge in the field.
 
After spending many years working on Argentine circuits, Ayrton has been based in Miami for several years, actively participating in car competitions, first as a driver and then as a mechanic.
Ayrton has an exceptional understanding of our open wheel cars, able to disassemble and reassemble them with his eyes closed. His deep expertise and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring that every vehicle performs at its best.

Victor Franzoni – Race ingenieer

With years of experience racing and coaching across various disciplines, Victor has built an impressive career in motorsport. His expertise spans from karting to top-level competitions, including IMSA, Indy Lights, Formula 3, Pro Mazda, USF2000, Formula Renault European, and Formula Abarth. Victor’s versatility and deep understanding of the sport make him a standout both as a racer and as a coach.

Born on October 5, 1995, Victor hails from Brazil and brings a multicultural edge to his racing career. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, he seamlessly connects with diverse teams and clients around the globe. His passion for motorsport and ability to communicate across cultures sets him apart in the racing community.
